"Surviving a Terrifying Encounter: My Experience with a Murderer"

It was once a late night time at my friend's place and I had simply completed working. I stated goodbye and left for home, no longer suspecting something out of the ordinary. However, when I arrived at my house, I saw a man attacking a woman. My heart pounding, I watched in horror as he appeared to accidentally kill her. When the man saw me, he ran at me with a wild look in his eyes, as if he was once desperate to silence me before I may want to report his crime.

I was really scared that my legs gave out and I ran blindly away from him. I subsequently made it to the nearest police station, but earlier than I should get inside, the man caught up to me. He used to be a lot more desirable than I had anticipated, he pinned me down with ease. I fought back with all my might, but he was too strong. I ought to see the glint of a knife in his hand, and I knew that Im in grave danger.

With a unexpected burst of energy, I managed to smash his head into the pavement. He was momentarily stunned, giving me a chance to run for my life. I sprinted as quick as I could, hoping to make it to security before he caught me again. I finally spotted the police station and ran towards it, however the man was warm on my heels. He lunged at me with the knife, as he stabbed me, I feel a pain in my side.

The police saw what was happening and rushed to help me, however the man managed to get away earlier than they should capture him. I blacked out and woke up in the hospital, my mom crying over me and said " Thank God you're alive" I was touched and hugged her without hesitate. The man had been caught, but it didn't erase the memories of that terrifying night time from my mind. I knew I would never be the same again after what I had witnessed and experienced.
